Shipping, Returns, and Refund Policy

We ship to customers in countries around the world and do our best to ensure that every order is accurate and contains only the highest-quality products. We realize, however, that there are occasions when a customer receives a damaged product, or one that does not meet their expectations. 

Our policies for shipping, returns, and refunds are outline below.

Shipping

We use a variety of reliable shipping companies to deliver to our worldwide customer base, and ensure that your delivery arrives safely and on time.

Cost of Shipping

When available, we use flat-rate shipping for the orders placed on our site. However, size and weight limitations may sometimes make flat-rate shipping unavailable. At these times, we will use either expedited or standard-rate shipping to deliver your order; we apologize if this causes any inconvenience.

Estimated Delivery Times

Every order is carefully processed and inspected to ensure that your items are in perfect condition before being shipped. Due to the variety of products we offer, processing times may vary. Smaller orders or simple items are usually processed in 1 to 3 business days. Larger orders, or orders that contain more complex items, may take between 5 and 7 business days. This time is necessary to ensure that you are satisfied with your order.

Delivery times are dependent upon the shipping company. At times, delivery may be delayed by holidays or peak shipping periods. If there are any delays beyond our control, we will attempt to inform you via email.

Signing for Your Package

To ensure the safe delivery of your items, we require a signature for every shipment. If you are not available to sign for your package, the courier will try to leave the package with two neighbors. If neither neighbor is able to sign for your package, a calling card will be left at your home, telling you where you can pick up your package.

Refund Policy

We are happy to provide our customers with refunds for unsatisfactory products. However, the following conditions must be met:
●    Items are returned within 30 days of purchase
●    Original receipt is included with item
●    You provide your name and shipping address
●    The items you’re returning were not on clearance
●    You have not worn or used the items
●    Original labels and tags are still attached

After we have received the returned item and verified that these conditions were met, we will process your refund. If it is approved, you will be refunded the purchase price, minus delivery costs, through your original payment method. You are also responsible for all shipping costs. Please note that we cannot issue refunds for items purchased with a gift card.

Return Policy

Though we do our best to ensure that every order is accurate and contains high-quality products, we understand that customers do occasionally receive an item that does not meet their expectations. For these situations, we are proud to offer a great return policy. To return an item, just follow these steps:
1.    Contact us within 7 days of the item’s delivery.
2.    Have your order number on hand when you call. If emailing, include it in the email’s subject line. This allows us to process your order quickly.
3.    The item cannot be worn, washed, or used.
4.    Ensure that all the original packaging is in tact. This includes tags, boxes, and/or bags.
5.    Package all items securely before shipment.
6.    After your return is authorized, you will receive an email with a shipping label. Place this label on every package you ship back to us.

Return Shipping Options

You may return items either through reverse pickup or by self-shipping the items back to us. Please note that reverse pickup is only available in selected areas, based on our courier network. If you self-ship the items to us, please select a shipping method that will deliver it within 10 days.

Damaged Items

If any item you receive is damaged, please reach out to our customer service department within 24 hours of the item’s delivery. If you can, we ask that you take photographs of the damage to the item and email them to us; this allows us to process the refund more quickly. Ship the item back to us following the guidelines listed above.
